Behind the Rossio, this is another in the line of eateries that includes O Marques and Girasol. Not expensive, good Bacalhau dishes, house wine inexpensive, and justifiably very popular. I got a table by getting there spot on 1900 hours; when I left an hour or so later, there was a very long queue, which may have been made longer because my visit was during the period when other restaurants on the street have their August closure.

6.2 Craft Beer Bars

The craft beer revolution began to wash over Lisbon around a decade ago. Some outlets have, in the meantime, come and gone, but the scene is a good one for locals and visitors alike. You can get decent beer in The Great City - here are outlets I know about and have visited recently. Follow the links! Most outlets keep to their advertised opening hours.
